3. Booking & Payment

Full payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You must ensure the property is accessible on the agreed service date and time.

Please secure any valuables or fragile items before our team arrives. While we take care, we cannot be held responsible for damage to items that are not secured.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

For cancellations within 24 hours, a fee may apply.
6. Quality of Service

We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning. If you’re not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.
7. Liability

We will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage or conditions in the property.
